THE IMPORTANCE OF EATING FISH

Fish is a marine animal that rich in nutritions, minerals, nutrients, and vitamins that can provide in credible benefits for the health humans body. Eat fish correctly, either how to process or choose the fish certainly will make our body more healthy and us to be smart person. However there are some people who dislike eat fish, whereas fish has so many  usefulness for our body.
Fish is important source to provide the necessary substances for human body. For examples a fact have revealed that when a fish acts as a shield in terms of health, where it contain omega 3 acids which consumed regularly can decrease risk of heart diseases and strengthen the immune system.
Many studies have shown the benefits of eating fish. The contains of fish are high protein and omega 3 fatty acids. Researchers from Harvard School of Public Health have done analysis of fish and health. The results showed that the benefits of eating fish as much as 3 times a week reduces the risk of death because of heart disease.
By eating a lot of fish will reduce the diseases in our body, they example are :
1.         Decrease the risk of cancer. Omega 3 in the fish’s body shown to help prevent three types of cancer, that are breast cancer, collon cancer,and prostate cancer.
2.         Low fat, most of the fish have a lower fat than other animal protein sources.
3.         Lowering blood preassure, oil fish its very usefull for lowering blood pleasure.
4.         Prevent heart disease, omega 3 fatty acids contained in fish has been proven beneficial for heart, arteries and veins that make up the cardiovascular system.
5.         Increase the function of brain, omega 3 acids contained in fish is also important for brain. Where the intake of this nutritions is necessary for living in large urban areas for brain stamina.
6.         The price of fish lower than animal protein sources.  
7.                  Asthma, the children who is eating fish have potensial not to have asthma or recurrence in a long time.
8.                  Demensia (senile). The old people each week decrease a risk of heart disease and stroke because of thrombosis and decrease inflammation.
9.                                          Depression. People who regularly eat fish have a lower incidence of depression.

However the way of presentation also affect health, a fish which are grilled and fried substances have less free radical, carcinogens and bad cholesterol more than fish served raw.

Fish meat can help in the information of healthy theeth and gums, the benefits of skin color makes hair healthy and contribute to fight against bacterial infection. Then fish play an important role in the prevention of heart attack due to control the level in the blood. On the other hand its also affect the functions og mental activity.
